So, I'm sitting here at a hockey game with a friend and there's a kid behind me who is doing nothing but kick my seat. I seriously wanna turn around and smack the **** out of him. I've already asked him once to stop but he just keeps doing it. UGH!!! I need a drink.

Those things are frustrating. What a jerky kid to keep doing it and what wonderful parents for allowing it to go on.

Exactly. It's bad enough it's crowded in here with nothing but a bunch of Girl Scouts and their families. Parents who can't control their kids drive me crazy.

That's frustrating. Ask them to stop again but meaner than the first time.

The plus side is that you're at a hockey game. Because hockey is AWESOME.

I only got into hockey about 4 years ago, but yeah, it is awesome.

As much as I adore kids, I'm glad I don't have any of my own after this experience.

Big Hockey fan here also. Hockey is awesome.
As far as that kid is concerned maybe its time to insist he stop kicking
your seat and let the adults know as well.
If that doesn't work you pull his shirt up over his head and
punch the snot out of him. (just kidding he is a kid after all)
Try and enjoy the game.

That actually made me laugh...LOL!!! If you knew me in person you'd think I was the type of person who couldn't hurt a fly.

I start with a glare. If that doesn't work, I straight up tell them to stop. Somebody's got to. Not cool when parents let their kids be obnoxious. Especially towards others.

Not really a sport person, but hockey's a pretty good one. Fast pace. And I'm actually conversant in it, lol. My son used to play when he was a kid (I was conversant long before that though. Grew up skating.)
Thanks for this!

I didn't snap per se, but I did keep giving him the death stare.

I hate kids who kick my chair. The parents rarely do anything about it. "Awww isn't he cute? Just look at him having fun!!"

It's even worse when an adult does it.

Last summer, some asshole in the plane seat last behind me kept kicking my chair every 20-30 minutes... on a 9-hour international flight. Then he was tapping his foot on the bottom of my chair to the beat of his music. He was clueless
