Do you get withdrawal symptoms from missing a dose? What are your symptoms like?

---

I'm trying to figure out my withdrawal symptoms because I think it's useful to know which meds I've missed.

To make a long story short, I forgot to take my meds at my normal time today. (In general, I keep losing my phone and forgetting about the alarms I set to remind me to take my meds.) So I've decided I'll put an alarm on my Fitbit... and I hope to god I don't forget to charge the damn thing. lol.

But anyway, I started getting a massive headache, dizziness, and brain zaps on top of it all.

I think the headache is from lamictal, dizziness from abilify, and zaps from lexapro. And in all honesty, I think it's good I get withdrawal symptoms; otherwise, I would totally forget that I missed a dose.

The withdrawal is about the only way I know if I miss a day too. Mainly I get a headache and a bit of anxiety.

Headache, lightheadedness, brain zaps, and I get panicky. Missing Lamictal when I was on it was the worst.

If I'm late on a dose of my daytime meds (Lithium and Trileptal), I will either get anxious or hypomanic. If I'm late taking my Xanax, I will start to worry excessively or have an anxiety attack. If I forget my nighttime meds, I notice because I can't sleep.

I keep a daily med box on my night stand on the open side of my cell wallet. Lol I I have no choice but to pick it up so I can get my phone. I take my vitamins then but I do have a twice daily psoriasis pill.

I read on here years ago about a woman who filled her am weekly box of am meds and taped it sideways to the mirror , she had no choice but to see it lol , she taped it so she opened it and pulls went right into her hand.

Brilliant idea

If I miss my lamictal, which I take at night, I feel awful - headache, dizzy, cranky. The few times I have missed it, I haven't realized it until it was too late in the day to take a dose.
