Their heads aren't in the game and Eli looks lost. Doesn't have it any more. I'll be drinking scotch for the remainder of the game. I may cry.

Well, in the end, it's just a game. Nothing to get too terribly upset over. Right?

I find the word " depressed " in this thread a bit off putting.

I deal with soul crushing depression and its not about things like a football game.

Maybe I am taking this more to heart than need be. But I deal with enough stigma.

Sorry jmho

Yeah, you're taking it too seriously. This is a lighthearted thread about a football game.

We all know about the soul-crushing, suicidal nature of true, deep depression. This thread is not that.

At least Peyton knew when to call it quits.

Lol. He should of a year before they won the Super Bowl. The defense carried him into it. Not taking away his greatness but he was already done that year.

Then again he picked up another few million to bolster his 401k.

The Giants have a very solid team. I think Eli is fine. He is adjusting to a new offense this year, and had several dropped balls yesterday. Rodgers is arguably the best QB in the league. They will be back next year. They do however need more of a running game to help the QB.
