Why am I so sleepy today? I slept for over 3 hours this afternoon. Last night I slept until 11. I did do the dishes and I have choir tonight at 7. I just want to stay home but know I can't- my son wouldn't have a ride for one thing. I'm just sitting on the couch watching TV.

I have days where I'm sleepier than others. Maybe you have just been doing more than usual.
