Does anyone have a particular song that speaks to them when it comes to their BP, or even just your health in general? For me there are 2 songs in particular that I always think about, one of them being Conquerer by Estelle and the other is Fight Song by Rachel Platten.

Hi, I am new so a little nervous. Both of those songs are my messages to my bipolar. Can't believe my first visit and someone else likes those songs
