Weighted blankets are supposed to induce serotonin then melatonin- to induce calm to reduce anxiety. I just used some melatonin on top of it and I think it helped too. Well since I can't have Klonopin.... After today I welcome a little r and r.

I'm glad it's working for you. I need to start saving for one. Sounds comforting. I'm a big ole ball of stress, tension and sickness....being protected under a weighted blanket sounds very satisfying. So, so happy you found a healthy coping mechanism which works for you.
