You guys bring up a good point, I won't bring up any meds I think I should try at the consult but do I let him know I "think" I may have some bipolar issues as well as BPD issues or say nothing? I was going to bring this picture in to show where I think I am on the spectrum?

I do not think that there is a spectrum on which BPD would be to the right of BPII, which would be to the right of BPI. I think it would be a waste of time to show this graphic. Rather, list your issues and you can group them, listing what you think might qualify as bipolar and what might qualify as BPD. In particular, list what you believe was depression and what you believe was hypomania - what you did and what you said and what you thought. Also, have some trust in the skill of the provider in that they will ask you questions to tease out what has been going on.
