After like four months I seem to have been diagnosed, at least for now. It seems to "just" be cyclothymia because my Depression is not that strong.
Anyone here with cyclothymia? My personal experience is that I sometimes suffer quite a lot from it and I would like to try medication. Anyone with medication here? And sometimes I just feel sane. I would love to know some of your experiences. |

I don't have cyclothymia but my ex-SIL did. She was on lamogitrine and that helped her quite a bit.
