I want to sleep all day I wake up tired and nap through the day and I am still tired. I also feel very heavy and it is a huge effort to move and I have zero motivation. My house is a mess and I am constantly teary and to top it all off I am having huge panic attacks. This is no fun.

Sorry you are feeling this way. I have done it bunch of times in my depression. Just stayed in bed all day sometimes all weekend and just get up for work or bathroom. I hope this passes soon for you.

Wow. Can you get another mental health worker. It seems that that person is useless.

Sorry you're feeling crappy

I'm in the same boat wth taking naps and stuff. My mood is low, and it's becoming more and more difficult to remain positive.

I hope you're able to get an appointment soon. Im sort of in the same boat as well. I mean, I have an appointment on Tues, but it's supposed to be snow, sleet, and ice storms, with 6 inches of snow. If I cancel, idk if I'll have an appointment for a while... but I don't think I have much of a choice.
Thanks for this!
