Wow I feel so much better! It's like that little psychosis never happened. I remember some of my week but it's really blurry. Normal??

I've spent ALL day in my pjs. No regrets.

Has anyone ever experienced that too? Where you feel better and it's like it never happened?

I was feeling like that for the past week. I went from crushing depression one day to absolutely fine the next, and it was like the depression wasn’t even a thing and never ghappened. I even considered quitting my program and going back to work because I felt perfectly stable.

Literally all of my psychotic symptoms feel like they didn't happen. Like I made them up...until it happens again and I'm like yeah I didn't make it up. Glad you're feeling better, I would check that its not mania transition though. Enjoy that PJ life, I love days like that.
Thanks for this!

Don't look back on your posts it may cause bad feeling in doing that. Just know you're doing better now and that's all that counts.

I know when, but it's so weird for it to be a dominant force, and then just gone and I can't figure out what it felt to feel that way. No complaints though, definitely something I can live without.

I had a hard time at work today. It was hard having confidence in myself. How can I do peer support when I still struggle? How can I help these people? Can I be a normal
Working person like I want to be? Why is this so hard?
