I know I've been belly aching over having bronchitis but I just realized that my mental health issues seem non existent right now. It sucks coughing my *** off and being short of breath etc. But it's actually a relief to have my mind off of all my other issues!!

Weirdly, that's happened to me too. The last time I had a fever, everything else just seemed to melt away. It also helped my guilt for calling out sick for work because I had a 'legitimate' illness as opposed to calling out due to depression (which of course is legitimate to us, but not to many...).
