i am really sorry about this but i need a little (or maybe a lot) of reassurance seeing as it has been pointed out to me that i cannot trust my mind right now i am going to try and trust others. I really believe that someone is watching me and trying to hurt me and i am really scared all my food has been poisoned and i am scared that the evil person is going to be impersonating my T during my appointment so i wont be able to trust them. do you think i should be worried? should i still give my T the letter with everything in it even if i get there and i dont think it is really my T?

You should definetly give it to your t. Remember they are here to help. I know your in a bad place but they can help. They do need to know everything and we all know how bad you have been struggling but remember you waited a while to see the t. I hope you do give your t the letter and tell them everything.

You can trust what we are saying. Your mind is not working properly and is lying to you. The only person who is a danger to you is you which is why it is best to hand that letter to your therapist and try to be as open and honest with them as possible so they can help you or get the help you need. I am thinking of you and wish you all the best for this appointment. You have great courage. Keep fighting.

Hi Flutterby.

There is no evil person or thing out there that is going to hurt you! `Honest` Your T is there to help and support you. I know you are in a dark dark place at the moment, and it must be horrible and frightening for you! `BUT` just be strong and seek that needed help that you most desperately want!

Take care.......................

It seems you have difficulty being assertive which is understandable. Did you give them your letter? I'm so sorry no one is hearing your desperate cry for help, although we at PC are but cannot do anything to help. I feel so helpless. Are you sure there is no one who can advocate for you? Any local bipolar or mental health support groups you could contact to see if there are any other avenues of support you can try?

I understand why you want to give up but please don't. Maybe take a rest but stay safe. Let us know if there is anything we can do to help you through this. I don't know where you live but there must be some protocol that if you are suicidal with a plan you must be hospitalised. If it gets that bad again please call your emergency services. The lack of help you have faced is disgusting and it is no reflection on you. Please hang in there. Do all you can that helps you survive moment by moment. Thinking of you.
