I went to the gym this morning and did the treadmill and the weight machines and some free weights. I also managed to get in 10900 steps for the day! That's the first time id gone past 6000. They say you should aim for 10k but it's not easy. I also kept to a low carb diet. I'll be sore tomorrow!

Yay Moose72! That's quite an accomplishment! I also worked out yesterday for the first time in months. Is there something in the air? Whatever, yay for us!

Way to go! Once I recover from my surgery I'm hoping to at least get back on a treadmill.

Way to go! It's hard to exercise when functioning takes so much extra energy for us than for the regs. Good work.

Hell yeah, 10k steps is NOT easy. I used to get 10-20k steps a day when I lived in the city, but ever since I moved out, I've been getting a measly 2k steps a day, if that. So I commend you!
