That sounds like a horrible experience. Are you in treatment? Many therapeutic techniques and medications can help mood swings become more manageable. How is this impacting your life right now? Are you ok?

There are no external triggers happening. It's all me doing it to myself. I guess I just like making myself miserable. shaggy
