Boogie's can't sleep corner.

Yup once again your favorite bipolar can't sleep. He even took some klonopin and no effect. Only thing I can attribute was I missed my latuda. Well just made a French bread pizza to take it with so let's hope I have minutes to draw. 430 am comes up fast.
So why are you awake?

I had the worst of nights. Here it is 8 am now and I have to go to work. Fell asleep at 1:30, woke up at 4:30 and that was basically it. Fell asleep again twice for five minutes and had the weirdest dreams ever. From finding rotten body parts in a bucket over screwing up my final exams (because the light was not working in the room where I wrote it and I couldn't read the task) to accidentally setting fire to my house those ten minutes of early morning sleep included everything. I don't know whether to laugh or to cry. At least I didn't dream about myself attempting suicide like the night before. Day's gonna be awesome.

Last night was awful, I hardly slept at all and that was with Trazadone.
I felt like crap all day today so I hope tonight will be better.

I started feeling tired about 7am but it took me until 10am to fall asleep...until 12:30 pm! But got my ambien today!!!!

Thev feel like crap think is the Traz. Try to quit it. Although is good for virility,
the price is too steep. Try Vistaril. It's Benadril on steroids.

it's about 2:45 am now. I just woke up after a whole 2.5 hours sleep and that will be all I get for the entire night. Sigh.

Well after being depressed most of the day, took four klonopin, and in bed awake. I find myself awake again after a few hours of sleep.

I appear to be hypomanic, have been for a couple days now. It lacks the jagged edge of mainlined mania, but there is a steady rush of energy day and night. Not unpleasant, but I only sleep a couple hours a night. Usually I sleep like 10-12 hours, so this is weird. Scary part is, hypomania usually becomes mania after a few weeks or a few months. I'd welcome hypo, but not with its ugly sister on the way :0

I've been staying up later and later Tuesday night there was a binge of "the librarians" then last night I was in bed by 1am but tonight I'm wide awake with about 200 pages left in my book so it looks like I'll be reading awhile.
