I have somehow discovered that wearing diapers when my anxiety is bad helps relieve it within just a few minutes. I have Klonopin to take in bad situation but simply wearing the diaper calms me fast. It does not sexually arouse me at all, most sites I have seen it is for a lot of these adult babies. I think the whole Idea of that is gross. Should I feel bad about doing this? Its amazing by just wearing somethind like a diaper is so calming??? Any thoughts?

Honest opinion? Don't expect many to agree with you ...

What if this becomes an obsession?

It's not a usual way to soothe anxiety.

It's not that I think you should feel bad at all.

I just wonder what else is out there for you.

Wow. Never heard of that one before. However if it works for you, go nuts. Sounds like a safe alternative to stacking on another anxiolytic medication.
