Decided to listen to music. Doesn't take up as much of the brain as performing it but it's still good for taking up the brain cells.

I'm going to chat with a friend of mine later tonight. He's a therapist and used to be a behavioral pharmacologist (researched brain drugs!). He's always saying our friendship comes first, so that makes me feel good.

since my pdoc kept my zyprexa dose the same instead of letting me decrease it, now I need a new script for it altogether. Joy. Something else to remember and do.Plus I'm out of another script and I have to call my primary for a refill.

Moose, If this continues, you may want to consider ip until your meds get adjusted so you can be safe and away from stressors that trigger you. Sending prayers your way now.

My pill box broke so my pills got messed up. I put them back as best I could but still not right. And PDocs RN called back. Going to talk to Pdoc about my script running out of zyprexa with the dose being higher. I'm so over zyprexa! Did get and take the lower dose of Rexulti.

You can look up what a pill is by the imprint (letters and numbers) on the pill. Just google the imprint and you'll know how to put them together.

I got a new pill box after my other one broke. (Think a kid stepped on it). It was more than half off too because I had 5000 points to redeem.

I think working out did the trick so get rid of them. That and listening to music. We'll see if they come back when it's quiet at bedtime. That's when they happened before.
