I am hypomanic, am convinced of this.
For quite some time my pdoc has said that I am undermedicated but she did not know what to change me to. I tried a small dose of lithium to see if that helped with out her knowing and that did nothing so I stopped taking it. I gave it a 3 month shot. nadda. The increase in my drinking and computer usage is obviously hypomania... or I am just an addict. I am not very observant or in tune with my body or illness. I finally figured out that I must be hypomanic with all of this increased drinking and internet usage. I am getting ready to take a trip solo without my hubby to florida with my family. I asked my sister tonight if she would help me if I get manic. She said she would help me. I have zyprexa to take if I need it. bizi _______

Glad you have your sister to help. Hopefully the Zyprexa helps so you can enjoy your vacation.

If I remember right the last time I took a trip with my family I had an episode. TD from the haldol. Not fun.
bizi These are really nice people, I should not be worried. I just need to pay attention and not drink too much!

I know the drinking too much. Just getting started since I felt that inquiet Feeling in my stomach and the wibbling a few days ago. Bad signs.

Do you always go from hypo to mania?
So glad you have your sister to help if help is needed. How soon do you go with family? I assume you'll take extra meds with you incase you need them? I hope you have a fun trip!  WC |

I travel a lone on saturday then meet up with my sisters to go to the condo on saturday.
we will spend a week there in florida with my parents. My sister said it will be a laid back week. bizi
