I don't know if being mugged last night brought this on but I feel very bored with everything. I start watching something on tv and turn it off because it gets boring fast. I start listening to a song and stop listening because it sounds boring. I read a page of a book (I love reading) and just quit because I got bored with it. I don't feel depressed just bored.

listen to the song in my signature (sound of your heart) ... it's in korean but read the sub titles ... close your eyes and listen to the sound of your heart (mind) .... keep that thought of your love being spread across the world ... relax ... and let yourself sleep peacefully ... tomorrow will be different ... maybe better ...

rest well my friend .. Tigger .

Ah, I am really sorry to hear this, you are probably still traumatized and being bored is your mind's way of numbing you. Hugs.
