Today was day four of my six day training. Geez I'm tired at night after these days! It's interesting stuff but I don't know how I will ever remember it all. We can use our participant guide on the test but I'm still really nervous about it! I'm more nervous about the oral part of the exam.

You'll be fine. They want you to pass that test. We're needed across the country. They should be doing everything in their power to ensure that you pass. In my state the pass rate is really high and by the time you reach it, it's quite easy. I actually finished my work (75 questions) in under 10 minutes, my oral in less than 5. I thought I was gonna tank, but my score was in the 90s.

Oh yeah! Welcome to peer support! The job itself can be triggering at times.

Mine was a panel, but not other students. We did a lot of other projects in front of other students during the training.

Perhaps De-catasrophizing your fear might be in order.

Here is the worksheet that I use:

It's just anxiety. I talked to the facilitator and she said it will be almost too easy to do. I'm hoping so.
