Hi friends! I know that to have been formally diagnosed with bipolar disorder is not easy to carry, because there is no escape. Still there often are some good periods, some even very very looooooooooooooooooong ones.

For those of you who have hard struggles now, I have posted something in the depression forums that perhaps might help a bit on your hopes for your lives.
