so i go discharged from hospital today i am now taking 1000mg lithium a day i am glad to be back and able to look after my fish. only problem is now my OCD is back with a vengeance.

At least you have improved. Thanks for letting us know. I was wondering about you. Hopefully you will keep feeling better as time passes. Coming home after IP is always a big adjustment. Be kind to yourself.

I've only been hospitalized once, but I know what you mean. Glad to hear you're at least doing better than before. Hopefully your OCD will calm down soon.
