So since I started my lamictal I've been pretty good. Actually the best I've felt in a year. Well today I woke up feeling mixed. I ended up screaming at everyone throughout the house and on the phone. I'm talking rage here. I've calmed down but I still feel wound up. Not a good feeling at all.

I have some bad days even when stable. I figure if it doesn't go past three days it's not an episode. That's just my personal feelings though.

I take it even further for myself and give it a week. So many things can contribute to feeling like hell (or feeling really up)
are you close to a hormonal time of month? I know you mentioned energy drinks...those make me irritable Are you eating enough? Hell maybe everyone around you is just being annoying today haha Hope you feel better and glad lamictal is working out!

That's awesome though, that you feel stable overall!
I am in the same boat, generally stable but still have my bad days. I'm also taking lamictal. |

And yes, it could be a hormone thing. I also believe in the HALT; be careful when you are Hungry, Angry, Lonely, or Tired, and don't make any big decisions if you are any of those.

I think what's triggering this is my bf's rowdy two young boys have been running through my house, wrecking crap, beating eachother up. I'm highly annoyed. I don't have kids of my own so I'm really not used to this as I'm quite an introvert and stay to myself.
Another thing I'm thinking is the Wellbutrin. Everytime I was put on it it made me this way. So I told pdoc today that I'm going to quit taking it. Plus it made me shake like people thought I was on drugs or drinking again lol. So now I'm just waiting for that to get out of my system. She also decreased my geodon from 80 to 60 because I guess too high of a dose can cause aggression too. I'm currently in my room watching "touched by fire" (about bipolar) and hiding. Ughhh |

How do you like the movie?

The movie was too short and didn't cover many facts. Other than that it was decent.

It won't let me edit but the movie wasn't from the authors point of view but it's about two BP people that read her book. They meet her in the movie and I'm wondering if she's playing herself.
