so i didnt sleep last night like maybe 1 hour of sleep. i am really angry i want to throw things and scream at people and i want to stop taking all my meds and yell at my doctors then runaway and never come back. i am trying very hard not to do these things. i hope i sleep tonight.

Do you have a PRN for sleep? Or maybe melatonin?

No i dont i have tried a few but they havent worked.

i am literally so angry i cant even explain it i want to go somewhere but i dont know where and i dont want to sit still and my head feels like it is going to explode
