I got up this morning and went straight to the gym because I missed going yesterday. Then my son and I had lunch with friends. But I just felt wiped out after lunch so I went home for a nap. I think I slept 2 hours! Ugh. I hope I can sleep tonight. And lunch wasn't on my diet either.

If I sleep during the day, it nearly always affects me at night. So I really struggle to keep myself awake during the day. I have a hard enough time sleeping at night as it is... Hope you were able to sleep last night, Moose72.
