I make appointments with doctors and for other things and when push comes to shove I can't get myself to get ready and leave the house. I schedule and reschedule multiple times. Does anybody else have this problem? If you've resolved it, how did you do it? It makes my depression and anxiety worse every time I fail. Thank you.

Yes, Jennifer. I went through a horrible period. What was really odd for me was I discovered that it was the vehicle I was driving. It was big and required me to stay super focused when I was driving. It created extra anxiety. I got a small car and I find myself driving everywhere. So maybe, break the equation down, you may discover a trigger, some aspect of the process that brings forth a chain reaction, so to speak, that sets you up for failure. Isn't life fun!
Thanks for this!
