I dropped two of my kids- 15 and 17- at the movies. I'm back to pick them up but it's taking forever. I'm starting to think the movie theater had a gunman in it. I didn't even want them to go to the movies tonight but at least they chose a PG-13 movie instead of the R-rated one theirs friends had suggested.
Plus I have a migraine. Not helping. I guess I'm being paranoid. I always envision horrible scenarios.

 I can understand the catastrophizing. Do you have an anxiety disorder or OCD as well as Bipolar? ((HUGS))

Not that I know of but I've done this in the past especially pre diagnosis/meds. Once when my almost 20 to was a baby, my husband went into the bank while we stayed in the car. I was sure the bank was being robbed and in fact found guards had locked everyone in! I panicked. But some how my husband came out in one piece and we went home.
