Can you call a crisis line? I think it is urgent you get some support. We can only do so much online. Maybe the crisis team can hook you up with a sooner appointment, or even IP. Your safety is paramount. I hope you feel better soon.

It sounds like your meds need to be changed. Waiting two weeks will be tough. Can you ask for an emergency appointment?

What are your options?

Wander had suggested you talk with crisis services.

Crisis services?
Emergency room?
Calling pdoc?
Other?

Please stay safe.

It is in your head. You are unwell and the illness is making you paranoid. You are safe. Let me be the voice of reason if you cannot right now. I have had paranoia before and it seems so real but the truth it it is a lie from a broken brain. Be at peace an try to ignore the thoughts in your head. Do something that takes you away from your mind for a while.

It will be ok and it is your illness. You are so much more than your illness. Yes, stress is insidious. It could very well be triggered by stress or at least exacerbated by it. I'm worried about you. I'm here if you need to talk.

Thanks for this!

I totally understand that. When my depression is at its worst I go from bed to recliner and back and watch everything I have to do pile up.
Thanks for this!

Can you get extensions and special consideration due to your illness? At my university I am able to get extensions any time I need as they are aware of my illnesses. Try to communicate with them rather than silently fail units.
