I'm really trying to get the energy to exercise again but because I went back to working the night shift (yeah booo to that) I have no motivation or energy to workout
I went to GNC and bought this Pre workout powder that is suppose to give you energy level 5000 so you really have no choice but to get up and move lol

But I'm hesitant to take it. I'm doing really well right now and I'm thinking this may not be something so great for bipolar

What ya'll think? Should I just give it a go and see how I react or stay away
I REALLY want to exercise though damn

Now the old king is dead! Long live the king!
One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand

It is seriously risky. It increases your chances for manic symptoms and caffeine overdose. I've had caffeine overdose and it is not fun.
Thanks for this!

I wouldn't. Anything stimulating like that can cause one to experience manic symptoms, and as exciting as that may sound when you're desperately seeking motivation, it's not good for you.

I use a pre work out. It does get me amped and I usually have a good workout. I haven't noticed myself going into manic or hypo, but then again I need to drink 4 cups of coffee to wake up.

I would ask your PDoc. I know that some supplements interfere with my daughter's meds so basically I don't give her anything unless I run it by him first.

What's in the GNC powder? That would make it easier to assess.
