I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this mail order pharmacy.

They are part of my saga to try and get Vraylar (newer AP). My insurance said it's their 'preferred pharmacy' even though I've always used CVS.

In any case, the last time I spoke with them (after asking me lots of questions about my health and med history) they said that they may well send the first batch of the Vraylar to my pdoc (seriously??). I asked why, and they said that she can then explain the side effects to me... They said they'd call my pdoc's office about doing this. Luckily I see my pdoc this week, so I won't have to wait much longer (though this whole saga has taken over a month). Or maybe, in the end, I'll have to wait for them to send it to me, I'm not sure.

So has anyone had any experience with Acaria Health mail order pharmacy? Have they been reliable? How have you gotten your refills from them (I'm still not sure how that works but I know I need to call them again).

Thanks.
