I'm experiencing a lot of anxiety right now...I replied to a post in the anxiety forum to someone that is also struggling with anxiety.

Usually my anxiety is worse than my bipolar. Thanks for sharing!

You responded to my thread earlier, thank you! I suffer from anxiety so bad that for a while I almost completely stopped leaving the house. It's easy to feel like we are the only ones with anxiety, but so many people also have it. Thank you for posting as I'm always looking for more ways to beat anxiety where possible.
