I wake up and think of suicide first thing. I have it planned and know how I will hang myself. I don't know how to protect myself or if I even want to. I know I'm writing here, so some part of me want to.
I live alone and I feeling at high risk right now.

Please don't do this… Suicide isn't the answer. If you can't think of yourself think of those who love you… it would tear them apart…

PLEASE seek help, MatBell. You're in a dangerous state of mind and we don't want anything bad to happen to you. You had an appointment yesterday, yes? How did it go? Did you let your provider know the mind state you are in?

The world is such a horrible place. I have tried for so long and suffered so much. I don't believe anyone can really help me. Nothing really changes

That sounds like your illness talking and you are not your illness. You're so much more. Please reach out to someone.

Please go to the emergency room right now or call 911. Can a friend come get you? Can you call a friend or text someone? Your depression is lying to you! It's all ugly lies. Depression hides the truth and clouds everything from our vision. Please get help, your life is precious.

As others have said, it's time to contact support services of some sort. I hope that by the time I write this, you've already done so.

I am a bit late in this post but I am thinking of you and hope you have/will call the emergency services. Your life is too precious, even though you cannot see that right now. Hang on, it wlll get better.

Thanks Jennifer. Still here. I'm hoping the next days will be better. Today was really bad. I'm just so sick and tired of struggling all the time and I don't know what to do.
I was meant to go to a support group meeting tomorrow, but it was cancelled unfortunately. I could really have used it though.

MatBell, I feel the same exact way. What if we have one shot at life and that's it? Don't you want to see if it will get better? There's always hope even if we don't feel it.

I am also late to this thread. Please call 911. This illness distorts your way of thinking, and with help, things can get so much better, with time. You are cared about here. Your life is worth it. You are worth it. Please never give up hope!

Mat, I really don't know what to say other than I'm so sorry you feel like this and that life is chatting on you so much right now. In my experience, if you can hold on a while longer, you might feel very different soon. Is there anything nice you can do for yourself right now? Call a crisis line or take a warm shower? I hope you stay safe and find something which helps tether you to this earthly plane.

Hope you contacted some support and got the care you need. If not keep trying. With depression it usually feels like everything sucks and nothing is worth it. But it goes away and things are easier to deal with. Just hold on.
