Functioning.. or

I do not function well these days...I hate being like this. Papa bear deserves so much better. Meds don't help, aren't an option (physical stuff, complications etc)
And here I sit.

I can dance still . But I can't do much of anything useful, in a sense I feel like a "disgrace"

I assume Papa Bear is your husband. Remember the promise "in sickness and in health". He loves you as you are, regardless of the struggles. I imagine you would offer him the same compassion if he were in your shoes. We are our own harshest critics. I encourage you, when talking down about yourself, to think "Would I say this about another person?" If the answer is no, then you shouldn't say it about yourself either. You deserve the compassion and support that you show others here. You are worth it!

I'm sorry you're struggling with depression and feeling worthless. I believe you're far from worthless ..for one thing, you've helped me and many others here, I feel that you are very perceptive and have a big kind heart.
