I think you should give it some time - to blow over, and then ask mutuals, or facebook him. I'm sorry you have anxiety, thats pretty ****** of him also, just blocking you. I would wait a little before responding.
Also, some people have said that it doesn't sound like an issue to contact your pdoc. But i'd say if its more about you experiencing really bad anxiety and if its affecting other things -- it would make sense to. |

Thanks all.
He texted me. A humdrum text about how he was tired after work. So maybe he did think better of it an unblock me, or maybe he accidentally blocked me (not likely). It reads as if he never blocked me in the first place. Strangely, I feel relieved and yet the anxiety isn't totally gone.

Some of the anxiety may continue until you both discuss the elephant in the room. I truly think you'll need to ask him what happened and why... and then the anxiety may clear up.

If you don't know much about cell phones you can accidentally block people. My friend's phone wouldn't ring so I started going through all of her settings and she had on her blocked list me, her husband, other numbers, and then ALL numbers! Have no idea how it happened but I did deleate all of her blocked list for her.
