I'm just hoping my uncle won't be a **** bag at dinner. He's causing drama with my mom about the 80th birthday party we have planned for my grandma. Being a huge whiny baby about the whole thing because he's mad I didn't involve him in the planning. Even though I asked him to two months ago and got no response. Aaaaanyway it should be fine, as long as no one has too much wine!

And at least my a-hole cousins won't be there.

I'm looking forward to a nice dinner!

I'm dreading it. Driving an hour away to be with a group that includes my weird sister. I say weird because I don't know what she has against me. Not her husband but my other brother-in-law asked me why she was acting that way towards me......all I could was shrug my shoulders and know it's not in my head, others can see her odd behavior too. Oh well, bringing a book with me. Do get to eat ham!

I went to a birthday/Easter luncheon yesterday, but all I'm doing today is watching a baseball game on TV.

My weird sister is very hostile in nature and it's always "fun" to have her around at holidays. She also doesn't believe in mental illness "I just need to get out of my rut" so I'm always tense. I plan on ignoring her this year.

I get that. That's what I'm doing right now. I'm having a good time but I was so stressed out and anxious about it that I'm tired and want to take a nap.

Happy Easter to those who celebrate it. If you don't at least hope you had a pleasant day.

Other than church it's been a regular day. No grilling tonight--we didn't think of that, but that's okay. Would've been a nice day for grilling.

Happy Easter! This is the holiest day of the Christian calendar, so I dressed up and went to Mass this morning where we got to sing three of my favorite Easter hymns, which always give me goosebumps. Then I came home to a nice dinner prepared by my son, and we had family over so that was good too. All in all a very nice holiday!
