I have had a depressive setback. Hope for support here. Hope that announcing it here will give me the motivation to cope and fight against the setback.

Thank you all! I try to guide myself in the way I would have done if I had been asked to guide someone else, if you understand what I mean. "Please eat your supper. It will give you strength". "Come on now it is bed-time. You need to have enough sleep" and so on. It might sound childish, but I find that it guides me in the right direction step by step.
