I have the bipolar stable but then have to deal with that lovely week of hell every month before mother nature makes her presence known
been all over the place all week. from down to up . elated and hopeful to what is the point of it all? From anger to enlightenment. I know it's PMS but the knowledge is not helping the mood swings. it just ain't fair I tell ya

I'm using the mirena IUD. No periods no PMS. could be menopause at 45?

It does suck! I'm fortunate that it doesn't mess with my moods too much. I just get headaches and feel super tired. But when my mood is already messed up, it gets annoying to have one more thing to have to worry about.
