A bit on the low side, but that might just be because I am tired.

Just hovering in the middle, although I am leaning high because I am so energized at this late hour.

Low, very low. Depressed and desperate to get better. Maybe Spring will help a little. I feel slightly better on sunny days. But really not that much.

Well, I don't think I'm exactly depressed, but my mood has been slightly low. I do have my monthly, which doesn't help. I also have a sad thing coming up, and some things that are supposed to be good, but will be stressful. The prospect of taking steps forward and steps into new territory again is a little scary.

I’m in the middle. It’s a bright sunny day so that really helps

I am elated but not in a bipolar sort of way. Some good things have happened of late that are making things easier with some room for happiness. No, it is not a bipolar mood swing. Good things happen and we find elevated joy.
As I noted elsewhere, my father on the otherhand is convinced I am manic. These good things that have happened have allowed me to buy a car. He is sure it is a manic decision. I won't drone on but I believe I am being very level headed about this - and so do others around me. |
