I've been growing increasingly depressed. My pdoc increased my Seroquel XR today. I hope it helps. It has in the past. And yet with Seroquel XR, sometimes lowering it does the trick. It depends.

It has been cycling a bit. I am a little better today since I can push myself out of bed. I then am more functional. But I am still struggling with depression.

For several days, especially the day before yesterday, I was worse than I've been in ages depression-wise. Luckily I saw my psychiatrist yesterday and he increased my Seroquel XR. I finally got to sleep early for a change and woke up feeling slightly better. I'm still on the low side, but not so horribly so.

I feel very level today. It's very nice. I cleaned up my garden some and then had a long walk that I jogged part of way home.

I've been sleeping really well for a couple weeks. Lots of sleep, but good sleep and rest.

I'm taking meds and not fiddling with anything recently.

My house is clean mostly.

I've isolated less in the past couple weeks which feels good. It had gotten bad for awhile and was barely leaving the house.

I feel hopeful today and in-tune with the universal energy.

I hope others are experiencing positive and healthy vibes today.

I feel a *tiny* bit up, but mostly in the middle of the spectrum.

I'm in the middle, though I have some sadness as this is what would've been my mother's birthday.

Depends on which moment I’m asked lately. At this moment I’m a little high but yesterday I was very low. Basically I’m mixed right now so everything goes.
