I'm totally level. I made a REAL effort to get my sleeping schedule worked out, and I am giving Seroquel that chance to do its job. I am in a state of bliss and peace and it feels unbelievably wonderful.

Mixed. Definitely mixed. I have symptoms of depression. I am so tired I can't get out of bed and when I do I have no motivation to do anything. And then in the middle of this, I feel like screaming because I feel so frustrated feeling this way. Not feeling good at all right now.

Hanging around the middle, with a tip of the scale on high.

Kind of low at the moment, but more for physical health reasons than mental health.

Not as of yet. My therapist told me that some of his clients have that side-effect but it hasn't happened to me. I am on a 100mg currently. My pdoc started me on 25mg, gradually moved it to 50mg, and I requested he make the jump up to 100mg so I could get a handle on my sleep.

My advice, (if you feel yourself gaining weight), is eat at the around the same time every day, (or at least try to), and avoid the weight gainers like soda, sweets, junk food, etc. I am not exactly skinny but I haven't gained any weight since changing over to the Seroquel and I think that's because I have maintained a regular eating schedule, and I also try to eat healthy.

Good luck with the Seroquel if you're on it. It really helped me!

I am hanging tight in the middle, but swinging round to high because I am in a really good mood.
