In the middle. A bit elevated, but not in a manic sense.

My anxiety is making me "high", but not in a good way. It's that bad elevation: almost like Mixed mania.

It's called IMoodJournal and is very simple which I need and allows me to make notations on my moods which is helpful. I'm pretty sure it was either free or very low cost. It's been helpful in that my husband promised I'd improve and the app indicates I am in many ways. The trick will be continuing when very depressed or stable but I'm hoping I can keep up with it. It chimes at night to remind me so as long as I'm near my phone I remember. My mood is low and high and the same time so I guess I'm mixed. I just hope I continue to improve cause I've got a long way to go.

In the middle, as I just woke up and I have low energy, otherwise I would be a bit high.

I stay pretty stable in the middle anymore. I have my ups and downs, but they are within the range of completely normal and manageable, and are tied to definite events rather than being bipolar mood shifts. Thank goodness.

Probably a middle low, but that is due to circumstances at the moment.

On the low side but I finally got a bath. Feel somewhat better. Put on some scented body spray. I smell good.

Low - middle.
Had chemo injection last night. (For autoimmune condition.) I always pay a price for that.
On the upside, it's sunny this afternoon!

I feel pretty low at the moment, only because I didn't have a good rest. But I am drinking a shake with lots of fruit and nutrients, so that should bring me back up to the middle.
