Feeling perfectly in the middle, but really tired today. Was really high last night, but got some good sleep. This weather just makes me want to curl up in a ball and nap.

I’m in the middle but I did get a secret achievement award last week on my mood tracker for emotional roller coaster so I’ll gladly take middle.

I had a low period today when a song reminded my husband of some of the awful behavior I displayed during my mixed episode. I'm so ashamed of what I put him through. I'm in the middle though overall. Most days have been really great and stable.

I know my mood has been in an upswing lately. Sometimes I feel extremely great. Other times there are some mixed features, anxiety, and compulsive behavior mixed in, which are not as pleasant. It can all change during the course of the day, and I can have some more level periods.
I've been having aggressive feelings, though more in a defensive way. I feel like I'm fighting off some outside forces that are stressing me out. They are not always based on reality. That doesn't mean I'm psychotic. I just have these intermittent daydreams of being attacked and fighting back. With this "upswing", my whole system is in overdrive. I sweat easily. My thoughts definitely do race. Everything is so quick quick quick, and it's like I'm racing up a mountain while batting away falling rocks. I should probably take a minimum of 25 mg of "as needed" Seroquel on top of my usual meds. Maybe I'll do just that. I see my psychiatrist on Monday. I do NOT want him to raise my regular Seroquel XR dose. I despise getting up to 600 mg. |

I'm in the middle. I studied really hard for this test in one of my classes, and I only got an 80 on it. Even then, at least it was an 80 and not a 70, which would have brought my grade down. So, I have to be thankful for that.

Middle. But wavering up and down a little minute by minute and day by day. Kind of like a pendulum. Calmer swings moving closer and closer to the center after some bigger and more distressing ones

Hanging steady in the middle even though I feel pretty good.

Feeling a bit high, but that could be cause I took half my dose of Seroquel. Not exactly the smartest thing to do, but I needed to get out of that slump I was in.
Other than that, I am hanging tight in the middle. __________________ Tales of Love, Motivation, and An Interesting Journey - Please Subscribe to my Website on WordPress: Inspired Odyssey's Path to Wellness and Love |

Middle, but had some stress earlier. A PRN Ativan helped.

I've been on both ends of the scale today. I hope I'm more stable tomorrow.
