A bit on the low side. I just don't want to be here, I wish I had a career and my own place and some direction in life. That or my sister would make peace with me, it really breaks my heart.

Sort of low. Exhausted. I wish I could just stay in bed and do nothing tomorrow, but it's a busy week. I need to push myself, but I'm burning out.

I've been a little on the high end lately, but just during the daytime. I do tucker out towards the end of the day and my Seroquel XR helps me sleep sufficiently. Then my energy and thinking rise again. Repeat.

A bit low. Wanting to stay in bed all morning. I'm forcing myself to shower and go out. I can still do that much, so it's ok.

Drowning in the darkest part of this abyss at this very moment. :'-(

On the bright side, however, can't complain about the weight loss.

I'm a bit on the low side, today. I was all day yesterday as well. It'll pass as I use my coping skills. at least I'm getting things done today. I tend to bounce around from day to day, so tomorrow, I may be elevated and very high. we'll see.

I wouldn't say I'm depressed, but my mood and energy are down compared to yesterday. I'm having trouble getting going, feel fnuk (as my Czech husband labels it), have a little headache, indigestion, and zero excitement. I guess I'm sad that it is Monday.

kind of in the middle to high now. not manic or anything. big shift from earlier today. because my wife is home now from work. I suppose. she has a soothing effect on me and makes me feel better if I'm ever down. I'm grateful and lucky.

I finally got out of the fairly long episode I was in. For the last five days, or so, I've been in the middle.

Low and irritable. Not as low as 2 days ago, but still very much so in a depressive episode.
My increase in meds seems to be numbing some of these feelings, but it's still there.
