I read it elsewhere on this thread, but this time of year is supposed to be a high point. I was feeling great until the end of June, but have plummeted to the basement since then. I've been isolating big time & trying to sleep as much as I can.

I am about 6 or 7 out of ten. Because my sleep is broken up with fever dreams. I am also still experiencing withdrawal from AP so lethargic and agitated.But mood is so much better. Optimistic
