I have been pretty low. I am inching back to middle. I will stay there for a while and then the high- low begins again.

I'm not low. I'm somewhere between middle and mildly high. I have varying periods of the day. Some things seem to trigger mood shifts.

Yesterday i was very low. I like being high.  It feels like being High is normal for me.. Being medium is boring  for me.
