On vacation. Talked to a drug dealer but then changed my mind. So, that was good. Got to keep an eye on spending.

Hanging in the middle, a bit on the high side because I am excited to spend some time with my sister tonight.

I'm having a mixed episode right now so .. in the middle but not in a good way. So far I've been having trouble sleeping because I have a lot of energy but I feel crappy at the same time. Ugh I really hate mixed episodes.

I am hovering a bit in the middle, but on the low side because I am struggling to keep my eyes open.

With Dysthymia, I never experience the middle or highs. It's usually how low can I go. Usually -1 or below.

I am low, but better off than yesterday. My daughter picked me up for some shopping. I felt a little better waiting for her to come.
