I go to bed at 10:30PM regulary and wake up at 5:30AM. Go to the bathroom and can't sleep anymore even if I'm tired and sleepy.
Toss and turn in bed ruminating about the things I need to do and haven't for two more hours. Get up tired every day.

I take two 50mg Vistaril, .15mg Xanax, 5mg Abilify and started lamotrigine again @ 25mg. All at night.
Wellbutrin 300mg XL, Adderall 5mg and multivitamin in the morning.

I switched the abilify and the lamotrigine, so it must be something there.
I was sleeping so much better that I was taking only one Vistaril.
I'm falling into depression again. That's why I started the lamotrigine again.
I have an appointment with the Pdoc next week. But she asks me want do I want, like ordering from a restaurant, so I don't think it will do any good.
Sorry, In know I'm rambling. This is more of a confession.

Any advise or experience will be highly appreciated.

I have problems sleeping if I take Lamictal at night. Have you tried taking it in the morning?

Yes everyone's been telling me that lamictal was activating so maybe take it in the morn if you're not already. I too wake up tired every day from a heavy dose of seroquel. That's for depression and sleep. Ever try that out?? Sorry you feel like crap I've had insomnia issues since I was a teen. I get it.

Oh wanted to add.... how are with Wellbutrin?? Seeing that you're depressed. I started taking it a few months ago with a stabilizer of course and sometimes it gives me a boost the morning

Lamictal is suppose to be activating but it made me super sleepy...or maybe the depression caused the sleepiness as that was during a time where I was highly depressed. I can't even begin to know what to suggest and if your doctor just asks what you want, that doesn't seem the best place to get advise either. Maybe tell her that you're not a doctor and need her to do the suggesting? (((Prillin)))

I moved the Abilify to mornings and no change. Next week, I'll move the lamotrigine. I started @ 50mg today. We'll see.
