I had been in a mixed episode since almost a month, and after doing impulsive and dangerous things with meds and sleeping a lot from that, I woke up yesterday feeling just energetic, I did a lot of things and started a lot of projects, I slept only 3h even if I took the trazodone I am prescribed for sleeping an the PRN clonazepam. I have started to do so many things I can't count them.
Can you really go from a mixed episode to hypomania directly? Without a normal mood in the middle?

Yes. Moods can swing in any direction, they don't have to follow any particular pattern.
If I recall correctly, your pdoc is available tomorrow? Keep an eye on your mood changes. Be safe.  WC |

I am agitated and irritable again since afternoon. I happily feel the urge to hurt myself badly myself WTF?
