I dont know if i just completely tuned everthing out and didnt really care about myself anymore because of what i been though, but im starting to realize my mood swings now. strange how going to a t yoi start to notice yourselve more. is this a normal experience if you biplor? Can you block from feeling lows middles and highs and live in a black out world not in reality?

Yes, I've experienced similar. For me it's really hard to see when I'm going up or down because there's no sign or obvious line at which I've now passed into an episode.
