To those of you who weren't members when I last spent any time here, hi, and ditto to the rest of you well, here I am, back again for who knows how long

I tend to come and go depending on what all is going on. My personality is such that I find it very energy intensive and draining to maintain a presence here so it's only when I am doing absolutely nothing else because I am really down, or more usually, I come back when I start to get manic. In this case, it's been a lot more gradual than in the past but I can see it coming - life has been almost too good lately.

Since I am lurking around again and tossing off the odd post here and there I thought I should say hi to everyone and express my fondest wishes for all of you.

Things are actually going well on the surface. I've got a decent, well-enough-paying job, various other bits of good news, but I feel myself continually waiting for the other shoe to drop, so to speak. Anyway, it seemed like a good time to re-connect here and try and catch up on recent goings on.

Thanks to all of you who have been there for me in the past and to anyone who may do so again in the future.

Hi Rebound,

It's nice to see you here again. I'm so glad things are going very well for you. I think most of us get scared when too many good things happen because we are too used to things going badly.

Hugs,
(if ok)

Jan

Good post, although I don't have bipolar (as far as I know) good to know I'm not alone in feeling like that. (not that too many things are going well for me, heh)
